Refund Policy

You get a full refund automatically if
- we can't run your check, for example because the repository is private, empty, doesn't exist or is over our size limit, or
- our system fails and we can't deliver your report, or
- your report isn't delivered within 24 hours of payment.
We'll email you when a refund is issued. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
Other cases
A report is a digital service delivered right away, so we don't refund just because you changed your mind or disagree with a finding. If your report is clearly broken (for example empty, unreadable, or about a different repository), write to hello@leakcade.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same check, we refund the duplicate.
